To make a conference as successful as possible, it is important with satisfied participants. This is something we attend to with personal and professional handling through all the different links.
• We prepare application forms for the participants, lecturers, accompanying guests, press and exhibitors both in paper version and to the web page.
• We register participants, lecturers and representatives for the press and exhibitors.
• We register lecturers’ need for technical equipment.
• We produce participant lists.
• We make tickets/coupons to social arrangements.
• We produce nametags.
• We pack the conference folders.
• We register participants when they arrive to the conference, and hand out conference material.
• We receive applications up to the conference start.
