At many arrangements it will be natural to connect and interact with sponsors and exhibitors. We are happy to assist you with this.
• We send out invitations.
• We draw up exhibitor-space in paper version and for the web page.
• We negotiate with potential sponsors and exhibitors and enter into contracts with these.
• We register exhibitor participation
• We assign position/location in the exhibitor area.
• We send invoices to the exhibitors.
• We book exhibitor walls and other necessary equipment.
• We publish sponsor and exhibitor logos on the conference web page.
